Buyer scene
For a shoe row, the note might name EU size, colorway and box request. For a bag row, it might name strap style and hardware color. For clothing, it should include size, color and whether measurement photos are needed.
This guide helps buyers write short order notes that an agent can follow without guessing. It is useful when the item has variants, the seller page is busy, or the buyer needs one detail checked before payment.

Copy the order note only after the chosen option and QC request are both clear. If the note cannot be read quickly, shorten it before continuing.
| Variant line | Put the selected option in the first sentence, including size, color, model or SKU if the listing uses codes. |
|---|---|
| Quantity | Write the exact quantity so a cart or agent message does not duplicate the item accidentally. |
| QC request | Ask for one category-specific photo: label, measurement, outsole, tag, hardware or model number. |
| No guessing | Avoid vague notes such as same as picture when the page has several options. |
A long note can be worse than a short one if it hides the selected option. The agent should understand the requested variant in a few seconds.
Good note: Please order the black color, size US 9 / EU 42, one pair only. Please take QC photos of the size label, side profile and outsole before shipping.
Stop rule: if the listing has several colors or SKU codes and the note does not name the chosen one, fix the note before payment.
