Buyer scene
An item may show arrived, stored, pending photo or ready. Each status should trigger a buyer action, not automatic approval. The buyer should compare the warehouse evidence with the source page and saved option.
Warehouse status is not just a label. It tells the buyer when to wait, when to ask for proof and when to remove a weak item before it becomes an international parcel cost.

Use status as a decision gate before the parcel stage. If the note cannot be read quickly, shorten it before continuing.
| Arrived | Confirm the item is the expected product before adding it to a parcel. |
|---|---|
| Pending photo | Wait for the photo or request the missing angle if the risk is known. |
| Stored | Review weight and category risk before combining it with other items. |
| Problem status | Collect evidence early if the item appears wrong, damaged or incomplete. |
Shipping because an item arrived is risky. Arrival means the warehouse received something; it does not prove the buyer received the right thing.
Good row: Arrived, photos match the selected option, package weight is visible, and the return window is still known. This row can move to parcel planning.
Stop rule: if the item arrived but the proof does not match the order note, hold it before combining the parcel.
