Buyer scene
A buyer may already have warehouse photos, but the images do not always answer the real risk. Pretty front photos are weak if the problem is sizing, material, hardware, plug type or model number.
A QC request should prove the part of the product that could make the purchase fail. This page helps buyers choose a useful photo angle before they approve, exchange or return an item.

Approve only when the QC evidence answers the original risk. If the note cannot be read quickly, shorten it before continuing.
| Shoes | Ask for box label, outsole, insole tag or side shape when sizing and silhouette matter. |
|---|---|
| Clothing | Ask for fabric tag, chest measurement, length or print placement when fit is the risk. |
| Bags | Ask for zipper, strap, inside label and stitching details before approving a bag. |
| Electronics | Ask for model number, plug, accessory list and battery clue before choosing a route. |
Do not request more photos just to feel safer. Request the one photo that can change the decision.
Good request: Please show the size label, front view, side profile and the detail that proves the selected variant. For clothing, replace side profile with measurement or tag proof.
Stop rule: if the photo looks nice but does not answer size, material, model or condition, ask for one targeted photo before approving shipment.
